What we serve
Prime Point Porta Potty rents portable toilets to construction crews, event restroom rentals for weddings and races, farms needing seasonal handwashing, and homeowners tackling renovations. In North Kansas City just 2.6 miles northwest we service residential septic work. We move into Gladstone 8.2 miles north for larger projects. We pump grease interceptors when they hit 25 percent of their liquid depth and handle emergency septic service when lines back up.
A standard porta potty costs $130 to $500 per week depending on service frequency and location. Deluxe flushable units run higher because they use recirculating water and smell less. ADA accessible portable toilets meet ADA Standards section 213.2, which requires at least 5 percent of units in a cluster to be accessible, with a 60 inch diameter turning circle and a 32 inch clear door opening width. Roll-off dumpsters start at 10 yards for residential jobs and go to 40 yards for demolition. We also rent storage containers by the month and restroom trailers for multi-stall setups.

Handwashing is mandatory where workers apply paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides under OSHA 1926.51(f)(1). Soap and towels or a hand drying device are required under 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2); hand sanitizer does not replace them. We supply both on every unit. How do I know you'll show up on time?

We've set up 16 units at concerts and marathons. We coordinate delivery, daily service, and pickup around your timeline. Call us at least two weeks ahead for events over ten units.
What about construction sites with OSHA rules?
We calculate your crew size and recommend a facility count that meets OSHA 1926.51(c). Then we place units where workers actually are, not in a corner nobody visits. Facility inspections are on us.
Do you service Raytown and Shawnee?
Yes. Raytown is 13.6 miles southeast and Shawnee is 17.9 miles southwest. Same day service for standard rentals if you call by 9 AM.
What if my tank fills faster than expected?
Call us. We charge a service fee to pump early, but we come out. Overflow is not an option.
